BE A HUNGER HERO!  Every year, the ACE Food Drive helps stock the ACE Food Pantry which helps our Lakeside families. 

ACE: “Because of Covid-19, we are taking away the grade-level competition and trophies. We will not be counting food items as a way to social distance from students who bring food. We are all in this together!! We need donations. In the past, we have been recipients of the mail carriers' food drive in May. COVID canceled that drive and our stock has dwindled. We have added the option of monetary donations to be mailed to A.C.E. or deposited in our Simmons Bank account or our account at Project Hope Food Bank. We need and appreciate all of the support our community has continued to show us.”

Sample list of items needed:

Breakfast foods: boxed cereal, boxes of instant oatmeal, and pop tarts.

Canned meat: tuna, chicken, vienna sausages

Canned dinners: soup, stew, ravioli, chili, spaghetti-o’s

Boxed dinners: hamburger, chicken or tuna helper, rice-a-roni, mac-n-cheese

Peanut butter, jelly, and crackers
